Virginia's place was very cozy. Every detail was so thoughtful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bed is extremely comfortable and there were even three levels of firmness offered for the pillows! Set back from the road and very quiet. We would highly recommend the Carriage House!

My stay at Virginia’s cottage was super pleasant! Very cozy, fantastic location I walked everywhere even in February. Very comfy living room and bedroom, perfect for a solo trip! I’ll stay here every time I come to Seattle!

Magical place to stay!! We loved all the amenities: theater and game room were so fun for our entire family. The hot tub and sauna were lovely too. We danced to records in the living room, enjoyed a wood burning fire, and the private beach. Truly an incredible home with so much attention to detail

From the moment that you walk in the door, you know you're someplace really special! Every small detail has been attended to. Whether it's the beautifully appointed kitchen or the or the stunning woodwork throughout the home, it is all absolutely beautiful. In addition the little touches make it just wonderful, including some little chocolates in the kitchen and a few more in your bedroom or the lovely robe and slippers that are provided, etc., etc. It's an amazing place. By far the nicest accommodations we have ever rented. We hope to be staying there again soon.

It's not what we can say - it's what CAN'T say about it. From the moment you drive off HWY 20, go down the path, and pull up to this amazing home, you know that this stay is going to meet every expectation that you have about your trip to Port Townsend. From the traditional wood burning fireplace, to the walk out deck out the back door, your views of Discovery Bay, whether watching the sunrise or the sunset, will just connect your more to loving being there. The bald eagles flying by, the sea life swimming in and out of the bay, when you decide that you are going to take a trip away from your everyday norm, this beautiful area, along with this home, will deliver. Take a moment to unwind and catch all the "feels. Happy wandering!

What a lovely place to stay! The attention to detail is amazing. The reclaimed hotel doors on the bedroom and bathroom was a great touch to a very well thought out place.

Everything you could possibly need was available to me as a guest. I especially loved the “pick a pillow” option — having a range from soft to firm was such a thoughtful touch! This Airbnb truly has it all and genuinely feels like a home away from home. It’s quiet, peaceful, cozy, and overall a five-star experience. I would 100% stay again if it’s available. Don’t sleep on Virginia’s place — it’s truly a gem!
