Treat yourself to this spot! It really is special. Everything was wonderful! So much care, thought and detail put into creating this lovely spot. We were so happy, comfortable, cozy and peaceful during our time at this home. The host Virginia goes above and beyond and completely hits it out of the park. She is a very kind, proactive and gracious host. It would be amazing if all Airbnb hosts were like her.
When the possibility arrives we will happily be back!

One of our favorite Airbnbs! Very quiet and private area. House is so well designed with so many extra thoughtful touches to make you comfortable. Incredible movie theater room, game room, kayaks, sauna, cozy fire, great views…. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you!

A charming and very clean home with so many amenities! The owners created a gorgeous cottage in a peaceful neighborhood. They paid attention to detail with beautiful art work, wood work, games and well equipped kitchen. They had everything you would need to feel at home for your stay. We walked into this sweet home with an electric fireplace flickering, soft music playing and a welcome tray on the bed! Truly one of the best homes we have stayed in.

Lovely property. Was only there for two nights but could see this being an amazing place to return for long stays any time of year. Master bedroom has an amazingly comfortable bed and linens. Loved the hot tub, indoor fireplace, sauna and access to the beach within steps. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Would return if ever had the chance!

Wonderful location on the water. Perfect for our 5 day visit with 5 guests. Virginia was super communicative and was flexible with our needs (kept the kayaks out for us)
Hot tub was super clean and had a great view of Discovery Bay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The Carriage House suited us very well. We would strongly recommend it to visitors who enjoy peace and quiet with opportunities to visit the Ballard area of Seattle snd beyond. The house is compact but very private and not overlooked. We would happily consider it for future stays. .

I cannot overstate how incredible our experience was at this beautiful paradise of a cabin. From the drop-dead views to the unique architecture of the place, to the incredible sauna and hot tub, to the sweet record player where we listened to Cat Stevens and mutilated each other in Scrabble, we were awestruck. Despite having plans in Pt Townsend, we opted to stay at our place as we could not think of anywhere we would rather be. What personally put it over the top for me were the little things; a small sleeve of spa items left for me as I tucked into bed, to binoculars left for us near the sitting area overlooking the bay, the flip-flops of various sizes for when we chose to use the sauna or hot tub. My only misgiving is not staying longer. It is clear the hosts take their task seriously, and it shows. We felt the love, and thank you so much for creating such a treasured spot.

What a great place! We loved the water views, the hot tub (and its view!), the sauna, walking the beach, and the well equipped kitchen. We never got to using the kayaks but they looked great too. Lots of extra touches and great communications with Virginia. We will be back!
