What a lovely little home! I could live there full time is if I needed to. It was set back from the street — very quiet — and we were in a peaceful and beautiful old Seattle neighborhood and near to restaurants and other amenities.

my husband and I stayed at Virginia's place on our honeymoon and it was the perfect romantic hideaway! you can really tell the hosts have thought about everything, from water on the bedside table to popcorn in the theater, this place makes it easy to truly unwind and relax! the sunset from the hot tub was amazing and there are pleanty of activities around the house to keep busy! This house was perfect for just two but would also be so fun with a family or people with kids!

I can’t say enough about Virginia’s place! It’s a beautiful home with lots to do! You have so much to do you wouldn’t even need to leave! The kitchen was fully stocked and even has little things you would forget to buy to cook with. She left us with many little gifts I won’t give away but candy in the movie room, nice little touches. The window in the house to look out was my favorite! We sat there for hours every day waiting for wild life. Virginia is very proactive and responsive. We couldn’t get the fire pit to work so she had one of the house cleaners come out in the evening to fix! Don’t hesitate to book!

What a treasure this private little home is! The vibe is super cozy and private, and the location was wonderful -- walkable to coffee shops (5 min) and even the theater, restaurants & shops (15 min) in Ballard. The neighborhood was so charming and safe, and we happened upon a spectacular view of the mountains within a few blocks. Virginia and Brian were immediately responsive and accommodating, both with our last minute reservation and an extended stay request. We would love to stay here again! Especially during the springtime blossoming trees up and down the street!

The house was a beautiful setting for intimate annual reunion of old college friends. Walked on the beach, enjoyed the nautical theater, and had a great time in Port Townsend! Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean and well-appointed.

This airbnb is next level! Virginia had so many thoughtful, personal touches throughout our stay from a welcome pack with breakfast items to water bottles by the beds, no detail went unnoticed by this amazing host. The house is gorgeous and the setting is stunning. The house has so many amenities and activities to do you won't want to leave. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks for the perfect weekend!

Everything about our stay was outstanding! Virginia was very helpful, kind and responsive. The home was actually better than expected as the pictures really don't do it justice. So many extra touches were done or provided that made the stay exceptional. We loved so many things. The theater room was amazing and we used it every night! Sat in hot tub and watched the sun set over the water like a movie. Beach access was so easy and we went down during low tide daily to find shells, clams and oysters. Stores and restaurants were a short drive and we had everything we need to prepare meals. Made a fire almost every night. Was easy to start kept the house warm and cozy. When not in the theater room we all took turns sitting on the window bench to read, relax or look out at the the beautiful view. We were already discussing our next trip before we left!

Virginia was a perfect host and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Her place is absolutely beautiful, so quiet and just perfect for all my needs. I would definitely love to stay again when I visit my son
